The Herne Hill trio of Cathy Ansell, Mel Edwards and Ieva Lobaciute were first, second and third respectively in the women’s race.

Jonathan Ratcliffe was first V45, with Jacob Alley winning the one-mile fun run.

Rebecca Barrow maintained the senior women’s squad’s high standards as she finished second at the Coombe Hill 5 at Kingston.

In the men’s race, Joe Croft was second, Deron Fagan third, Mike Boyle fourth, Vic Maughn sixth and Ed Barrow eighth.
